Rome restaurants are much like its architecture. You'll find restaurants serving generations old recipes as well as a few modern epicurean experimentations. Whether authentic or the menu of the moment, no city serves Italian food like Rome. Every neighborhood seems to have its own variety and style, but you've never tasted pastas and pizzas, salads and wines like those served in the restaurants of Rome.
